Now that we have had a little time to catch our breath, I write to thank you, for all your elp and organisation in ensuring the wedding day was a special occasion.  We looked at several potential venues before selected The Felbridge Hotel and Spa and I‘m pleased to say that you proved to be the correct choice.

From the very first meeting trough to our departure we have been looked after in a very professional manner. Everything was planned down to the very last detail, family and friends who attended the wedding have all either written or phoned to say how much they enjoyed the day, the venue, the food and service. Some even said that this had been the best wedding they have ever attended.

Would you please pass our thanks to all the staff for making the day so very special. It was not a simple case of just doing ‘a job' but going that extra mile, nothing was too much trouble and everyone was so helpful and attentive at all times. 

Once again our grateful thanks to everyone involved and especially to you for all your hard work and contribution and in overseeing the wedding.  I would say to anyone considering a wedding venue then look no further than the Felbridge Hotel and Spa, which I couldn't recommend highly enough.

As we discussed during our meetings, last week was a very important time for our company and to ensure our attendees felt well looked after and valued we needed you and your team to be on their "A" game all the time.

I can truly say that not only did you live up to your commitment to deliver this level of performance you more than exceeded it.

From the attentiveness of the staff, to the quality of the food, to the flexibility and responsiveness of all your people to our needs and I suspect at times demands you delivered to an exceptionally high standard.

The feedback from the team and our people has been consistently good which ensured everyone was focused on the meeting which was great. I was just disappointed I couldn't find time to enjoy your excellent spa, perhaps next time!

Just a few lines to say thank you to all the staff at the Felbridge Hotel who made our family weekend away a relaxing and very enjoyable experience. Dorota, Skyla and Claudia all stood out as being both friendly, helpful and professional....they are a real credit to your team. All of the staff are to be complimented on their professionalism and attitude. We were in a party of 8, including two very small children, which obviously can result in additional requests such as high-chairs etc. Whenever we requested such items the request was dealt quickly and without fuss.

One of the cleaners who saw us carrying our bags down to reception as we were leaving (we didn't ring down for the porter) insisted on helping us carry the bags.  The restaurant food was lovely; over the course of the weekend we had breakfast, lunch and dinner and we saw consistently high standards of service at all times. Our suites were a great choice; spacious, clean and well appointed. The girls all loved their spa treatments and the general ambience of the hotel is a relaxing retreat in which to unwind and enjoy. All in all we didn't have one single negative comment for the hotel. As you know this being a special weekend (our mum's 60th) for the family I was slightly apprehensive that everything should go well; I needn't have worried as the entire weekend was perfect.

Please pass on our thanks to ALL of the staff including the Chakra Spa, they all work very hard and it didn't go unnoticed. We will be back!

Our Christmas party went very well on Friday, and I have had nothing but praise from all those who attended. The service was very good and efficient, the food was delicious, and the Trio Suite perfect for our needs. Please pass on particular thanks to Marta and her team who looked after us so well.

The day was a complete success. Everyone said that it was a lovely venue, the meal was excellent, and ALL the staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating.

The hotel is very relaxing and the new decor provides a very pleasant atmosphere. Our guests in our party hadn't been to the Felbridge Hotel for some time but they all said that it was now a lovely place to come to and would certainly visit again.

Our room was available when we arrived on Sunday morning. That was very helpful. It was a nice room and so was the breakfast on Monday morning. So all in all it was a great occasion.

My daughter and I had such a lovely, relaxing weekend break. It was everything we expected and more. Thank you for arranging our stay and dinner, yet again we had a wonderful weekend, which was made all the more relaxing and enjoyable by such a great team of staff.

I would also like to make a special mention and say thank you to Kirsten, Bruce and Sam in the Qube, who all went out of their way to make us feel special. We had met Sam and Bruce on our previous visit, who were part of the reason for our return (along with the fabulous facilities and quality of the hotel furnishings), Kirsten was new to us, but equally to the same calibre of Sam and Bruce who all made it a very enjoyable stay. I would say however, that ALL members of staff added to our enjoyment.

What can I say? WOW what a hotel, where do I start? Clean was the first thing I notice, 2nd professional team, they were very polite we had a nice swim, and Spa changing rooms were clean, and had soap and shampoo. The bar very clean and Bar staff very friendly, the restaurant great service with great food.

Please show this to your staff for me, we will be back in August and the new year, please thank your staff for a great day we had at the Hotel, and I will be recommend your hotel to my friends should they want somewhere to stay either before they go away or just somewhere to say for a few nights, or even a nice lunch or dinner.

We would like to thank you for all your efforts regarding our charity night on Saturday. We had a wonderful time and raised in the region of £8,000. I visited the Chakra Spa yesterday with my mother, and booked the Hen Package you offered.  I just wanted to thank you for a fantastic day. Neither of us had experienced a spa day before, and we were so impressed with the service offered, which was friendly and extremely professional. We also enjoyed the order of events. I spoke with a lady a few months before when I booked the day, who talked through the best solutions for us. We never felt we were waiting around too long, or felt like we spent too much time in the lovely swimming area, etc. I felt that the help I received over the telephone was imperative to our day.

I booked this treat for my mum, who is getting married at the end of the month. We felt very pampered, like princesses!! The facilities were excellent and we felt so relaxed by the end of our day - it couldn't have been better!!  So thank you again. We will definitely be booking another package in the future as we had a fabulous time, and we will not hesitate to recommend the Felbridge Hotel / Chakra Spa to our friends and family.

I must say what a wonderful Wedding Fayre it was at the weekend!!!!.It was one of the best I have ever attended, and I was most impressed with the organisation behind it, and the quality of the supervision, hospitality etc which is often lacking at these events, I have already attended over 6 fayres this year and it was the best so far!! I love your idea of the contact sheet details which I have never come across before, a brilliant idea!!!I would be most interested in attending the October Fayre, and could I provisionally book. Thank you once again for a lovely day.

I would just like to say what a fantastic time I had with 4 of my friends on New Years Eve. The service at the Hotel was first class! From being checked in from 10 am when we arrived early. The waiting staff in the bar and restaurant were first class. The staffs in Spa were great too. The treatment we had were really good and such value for money!!
New Years Eve was just fantastic with the food being wonderful and such smooth running of the whole night.
I must say all of us were so impressed with the standard of the Hotel and the rooms, the customer care really comes through from all the staff that we saw, I can honestly say that all the staff went the extra mile for our needs which was great!
We were so impressed that we are going to book the Murder event in March and bring ten other friends we are also going to come back for 2009 New Years Eve.
