I just wanted to take the time to thank you sincerely for arranging our stay at The Felbridge; from the room to the dinner to the spa arrangements, on the 9th July Saturday.
The hotel staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them for any of our requests. The room was immaculate and exceeded are expectations. The spa was a memorable experience and we thoroughly enjoyed the treatments. The heated treatment beds was a treat! Our evening meal at The Bay Tree restaurant was very exquisite with an impressive dessert menu!
Your customer service to our booking felt very personal right from the booking stage, beginning to end. You are a credit to your team and would liked to have met you in person; you made our weekend very special. We both lead very busy lives and to be able to switch off for the weekend at The Felbridge was the perfect location and choice.
We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends and hopefully like to come back in the near future to relive the wonderful weekend we had.

I've just spent a fabulous weekend at your hotel (4th June) and enjoyed the use of your Spa, Restaurant, pool etc. I was lucky enough to use my Groupon voucher which I purchased in May, I could kick myself as I wish I'd purchased more than the one voucher now as I know friends of mine would absolutely love it!

We so enjoyed our stay at the Fellbridge. Everyone was just so friendly and helpful which just helped us relax even more into our stay. Being real foodies we had two fantastic meals in the restaurants (I haven't stopped going on about the mojito dessert since!
I wondered if you would be able to send me a copy of the Valentine meal menu - we'd really like to keep it as a souvenir and I didn't take a copy at the time.

I hope your thank you card / gift made it to you safely !! Just some feedback after a wonderful weekend at The Felbridge.
Check In: Reception staff ... very friendly and professional too, especially Sarah, and for being a Spurs fan too !! Also, the Duty Manager, Carl, made himself known and was very helpful over the weekend, when required. Our suite was lovely.
The Bay Tree Restaurant: Everyone was very impressed with the choice and quality of breakfast on both mornings. The Anise Restaurant: Our fun quiz went down well in private room, and a tasty lunch too. The Chakra Spa: The facilities and treatments were of top quality and both appreciated by all. The Willow Suite was a great comfortable and classy venue for a very tasty dinner. Our friends were very complimentary about the food all the staff were very professional too. The QUBE Bar, the Bar Staff were very friendly and professional too.
The overall experience was a wonderful one, all our friends were impressed with the hotel, service and staff. Please pass on my sincere thanks to all.

My 70th birthday occasion last Saturday has now come and gone; it was a truly memorable occasion for me and all my family.
Thank you so much for all the organisation of the dinner etc. We all thoroughly enjoyed it within the beautiful surrounds of the hotel. The staff were all very professional and polite and it could not have gone more smoothly. Our `fine dining` experience in the Anise was met by all my group with delight (we have a qualified chef amongst us and another family member who `fines dines` quite a lot and both were very impressed) also thank you for the table settings with the individual menus on them.

I would just like to say a big thank you from all of us for the wonderful sales conference which we recently held with you. Everything went smoothly, the arrangements we had agreed on prior the event were met, the staff were constantly checking everything was as it should be, leaving me relaxed and free to enjoy the for meeting myself! Even when our agenda and room requirements changed (which was on the day!) the events staff made every effort to accommodate my requirements in a very quick and efficient way. The friendliness and attentiveness of the staff exceeded what I would usually expect from the events staff at a hotel. I am a great believer that the staff at a hotel can really make or break a meeting, and The Felbridge staff really made it for all of us.
Also, please give our compliments to the chef as the lunch was truly delicious and enjoyed by all. I would definitely use the Felbridge again for a conference meeting and I look forward to seeing you all again at our Christmas party which we are holding with you.

Now that we have had a little time to catch our breath, I write to thank you, for all your elp and organisation in ensuring the wedding day was a special occasion. We looked at several potential venues before selected The Felbridge Hotel and Spa and I‘m pleased to say that you proved to be the correct choice.
From the very first meeting trough to our departure we have been looked after in a very professional manner. Everything was planned down to the very last detail, family and friends who attended the wedding have all either written or phoned to say how much they enjoyed the day, the venue, the food and service. Some even said that this had been the best wedding they have ever attended.
Would you please pass our thanks to all the staff for making the day so very special. It was not a simple case of just doing ‘a job' but going that extra mile, nothing was too much trouble and everyone was so helpful and attentive at all times.

I can truly say that not only did you live up to your commitment to deliver this level of performance you more than exceeded it.

Just a few lines to say thank you to all the staff at the Felbridge Hotel who made our family weekend away a relaxing and very enjoyable experience. Dorota, Skyla and Claudia all stood out as being both friendly, helpful and professional....they are a real credit to your team. All of the staff are to be complimented on their professionalism and attitude. We were in a party of 8, including two very small children, which obviously can result in additional requests such as high-chairs etc. Whenever we requested such items the request was dealt quickly and without fuss.
One of the cleaners who saw us carrying our bags down to reception as we were leaving (we didn't ring down for the porter) insisted on helping us carry the bags. The restaurant food was lovely; over the course of the weekend we had breakfast, lunch and dinner and we saw consistently high standards of service at all times. Our suites were a great choice; spacious, clean and well appointed. The girls all loved their spa treatments and the general ambience of the hotel is a relaxing retreat in which to unwind and enjoy. All in all we didn't have one single negative comment for the hotel. As you know this being a special weekend (our mum's 60th) for the family I was slightly apprehensive that everything should go well; I needn't have worried as the entire weekend was perfect.
Please pass on our thanks to ALL of the staff including the Chakra Spa, they all work very hard and it didn't go unnoticed. We will be back!
