My wife and I attended your Valentines Day dinner, and we also stayed the night. I should like to congratulate your head chef and his team on the quite exqusite food that was served. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed each and every dish. My wife, a vegetarian, was particularly impressed with the vegetarian main course. She has become used to the vegetarian option so often being an after thought on most menus simply shoved in to placate the veggies!. Thus she was very impressed at the quality and flavours in her dish which had clearly been given the same thought and effort as every other dish.
I chose the beef as the main. So often beef I've tried is tough no matter how little or how much it's been cooked! This beef was simply amazing. It fell apart as it was cut and melted in the mouth. Beautifully cooked with real flavour. The food is excellent throughout your hotel, and this is a major feature for us, as so often the food can be rather average. Even your breakfast is excellent! You'd be amazed how many hotels, including 5 star hotels, cook their scrambled egg in the microwave! You do it properly, and it tastes great accordingly and isn't all dried out!
Our entire stay was thoroughly pleasant, from utilising your lovely swimming pool and jacuzzi through to the dinner and then breakfast in the morning. Our congratulations to you all. Please do pass our thanks on to your head chef, in particular. We look forward to staying with you again soon.

Can I just convey my thanks to you all at the Felbridge for a very enjoyable stay at your lovely hotel. Everything was perfect - lovely room, bathroom toiletries of a quality actually worth using, and a wonderful breakfast choice. Can I particularly mention Tony on reception, whose greeting on my arrival was genuinely friendly and not the standard "branded" patter. Being a single female traveller, it made me feel immediately comfortable and valued.I will be using your hotel again, and would definitely recommended it.

To the events and organisation team. I find myself doing something that I have never done before “writing a letter of praise” I must congratulate you on one of the most fabulous evenings out we have ever had! The Rat Pack show was phenomenal it ticked every box and more. I at one point, went to ask if they could possibly sing my wife’s favourite song “of course sir “ 2 songs later “Frank” ? crooned it out FULL MARKS. The service, food and ambience was first class WELL DONE TO YOU ALL.

Following a wonderful celebration last year for our Ruby Wedding Anniversary I could think of no better place than this to celebrate reaching 60 !! We took the family for a weekend break and had six friends to join us for private dinning in The Willow Suitw on the Saturday evening. From the moment that we arrived the staff could not do enough for us and thanks go to Jo and Alice on reception for ensuring that we had all we needed.
Our suite was lovely although the weather was not warm enough for us to use the balcony but it was all spotlessly clean with bathrobes, slippers and very nice toilitries. I must also thank Ella our banquetting manager for all her hard work on the saturday evening along with Sam and Matt who ran the bar for us, The table was amazing and they had pulled out all the stops to make the evening so very special not forgetting the wonderful food which everyone loved.
We cant thank Carl (The Deputy General Manager) and Skyla (Events Coordinator) enough for putting it all together for us even to the point of bringing in my husbands favourite tipple "Taliskers" for him to make the evening complete. This hotel not only offers all it claims to but the staff go that extra mile to give the personnal touch that you dont get with a big hotel chain At the end of the weekend nobody wanted to go home as we as a family had all enjoyed our stay so very much and will be looking for another celebration to bring us back in the not too distant future.

What's not to like?! 2 good restaurants, spa facilities, clean and well furnished room with a comfy bed, close to the airport and a tidy (but small) gym. I'd definitely recommend, and will be staying again when flying from Gatwick.

We chose the Felbridge to stay at the night before our holiday leaving from Gatwick... It was just right for us, nice rooms, friendly service,good quality, good food, and a wonderfull relax in the spa before diner...What better way to start your holiday? We also parked the car there for nine days included in the price, and they organized a 1st class drop off and pick up service too...all very well organised. Definately will be using this service next time....fact.

Very nice, modern comfy rooms. Great location. 8 minuets to the train station to go into London (40 min. ride). Very good choices for breakfast. Good food and bar. Very helpful and friendly staff. I will absolutely go back for a stay here.

Hello, firstly can I just say that we had a wonderful stay with you on the 1st of September prior to our holiday. Everything was superb and we really enjoyed our brief stay. If you have a mailing list with offers etc then please add me to it!!!
We would love to stay with you again and for a longer period whereby we can enjoy the spa etc fully. Secondly, the pickup service to and from the hotel is also commended. They were on time (amazing), polite and efficient. A really good service that compliments your hotel.
Lastly, can you tell me where do you buy your pillows from - we thought they were fab and would be keen to buy some for home - thank you.

We had an amazing wedding day with everything going to how we planned it. The trio suit look stunning I don't think I could have asked for anything more, even the weather held for us. We have had so many compliments about our wedding especially about the food, service, the hotel and evening disco. I don't think the dance floor was empty for the whole night.
On a personal note both Kenny and I enjoyed meeting and planning our wedding with you. You made our lives very easy with your friendly personality, organisational skills and attention to detail throughout. We would happily recommend you and the Felbridge to our family and friends.

I just wanted to take the time to thank you sincerely for arranging our stay at The Felbridge; from the room to the dinner to the spa arrangements, on the 9th July Saturday.
The hotel staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them for any of our requests. The room was immaculate and exceeded our expectations. The spa was a memorable experience and we thoroughly enjoyed the treatments. The heated treatment beds were a treat! Our evening meal at The Bay Tree restaurant was very exquisite with an impressive dessert menu!
Your customer service to our booking felt very personal right from the booking stage, beginning to end. You are a credit to your team and would like to have met you in person; you made our weekend very special. We both lead very busy lives and to be able to switch off for the weekend at The Felbridge was the perfect location and choice.
We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends and hopefully like to come back in the near future to relive the wonderful weekend we had.

I hope your thank you card / gift made it to you safely!! Just some feedback after a wonderful weekend at The Felbridge.
Check In: Reception staff ... very friendly and professional too, especially Sarah, and for being a Spurs fan too!! Also, the Duty Manager, Carl, made himself known and was very helpful over the weekend, when required. Our suite was lovely.
The Bay Tree Restaurant: Everyone was very impressed with the choice and quality of breakfast on both mornings. The Anise Restaurant: Our fun quiz went down well in private room, and a tasty lunch too. The Chakra Spa: The facilities and treatments were of top quality and both appreciated by all. The Willow Suite was a great comfortable and classy venue for a very tasty dinner. Our friends were very complimentary about the food all the staff were very professional too. The QUBE Bar, the Bar Staff were very friendly and professional too.

My 70th birthday occasion last Saturday has now come and gone; it was a truly memorable occasion for me and all my family.
Thank you so much for all the organisation of the dinner etc. We all thoroughly enjoyed it within the beautiful surrounds of the hotel. The staff were all very professional and polite and it could not have gone more smoothly. Our `fine dining` experience in the Anise was met by all my group with delight (we have a qualified chef amongst us and another family member who `fines dines` quite a lot and both were very impressed) also thank you for the table settings with the individual menus on them.

I would just like to say a big thank you from all of us for the wonderful sales conference which we recently held with you. Everything went smoothly, the arrangements we had agreed on prior the event were met, the staff were constantly checking everything was as it should be, leaving me relaxed and free to enjoy the for meeting myself! Even when our agenda and room requirements changed (which was on the day!) the events staff made every effort to accommodate my requirements in a very quick and efficient way. The friendliness and attentiveness of the staff exceeded what I would usually expect from the events staff at a hotel. I am a great believer that the staff at a hotel can really make or break a meeting, and The Felbridge staff really made it for all of us.
Also, please give our compliments to the chef as the lunch was truly delicious and enjoyed by all. I would definitely use the Felbridge again for a conference meeting and I look forward to seeing you all again at our Christmas party which we are holding with you.

Now that we have had a little time to catch our breath, I write to thank you, for all your help and organisation in ensuring the wedding day was a special occasion. We looked at several potential venues before selected The Felbridge Hotel and Spa and I‘m pleased to say that you proved to be the correct choice.
From the very first meeting trough to our departure we have been looked after in a very professional manner. Everything was planned down to the very last detail, family and friends who attended the wedding have all either written or phoned to say how much they enjoyed the day, the venue, the food and service. Some even said that this had been the best wedding they have ever attended.
Would you please pass our thanks to all the staff for making the day so very special. It was not a simple case of just doing ‘a job' but going that extra mile, nothing was too much trouble and everyone was so helpful and attentive at all times.

Just a few lines to say thank you to all the staff at the Felbridge Hotel who made our family weekend away a relaxing and very enjoyable experience. Dorota, Skyla and Claudia all stood out as being both friendly, helpful and professional....they are a real credit to your team. All of the staff are to be complimented on their professionalism and attitude. We were in a party of 8, including two very small children, which obviously can result in additional requests such as high-chairs etc. Whenever we requested such items the request was dealt quickly and without fuss.
One of the cleaners who saw us carrying our bags down to reception as we were leaving (we didn't ring down for the porter) insisted on helping us carry the bags. The restaurant food was lovely; over the course of the weekend we had breakfast, lunch and dinner and we saw consistently high standards of service at all times. Our suites were a great choice; spacious, clean and well appointed. The girls all loved their spa treatments and the general ambience of the hotel is a relaxing retreat in which to unwind and enjoy. All in all we didn't have one single negative comment for the hotel. As you know this being a special weekend (our mum's 60th) for the family I was slightly apprehensive that everything should go well; I needn't have worried as the entire weekend was perfect.
Please pass on our thanks to ALL of the staff including the Chakra Spa, they all work very hard and it didn't go unnoticed. We will be back!
